Normally solar powered. If needed, switch on Fuse 12 for about 20 minutes, then switch it off before use.

Toilet Use
Please do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products or other items. Use the bathroom bins provided.

Cooling & Ventilation
Air Conditioning
Air-conditioning units are available in all three bedrooms and in the ground-floor living room. Each unit is operated with its dedicated remote control.
Ground-Floor Bedroom Fan
The ground-floor bedroom has a ceiling fan with multiple speed settings. The remote control is mounted on the wall to the left of the bed.
Air-Conditioner Deflectors
Two airflow deflectors are available in the ground-floor storage room for guests who prefer not to have direct airflow toward the bed.
BBQ Area Fans
The outdoor dining area has two ceiling fans with lights. Their remote control is kept in the colourful clay container next to the BBQ sink.
Swimming Pool
Please follow the pool rules displayed on the sign next to the pool. The pool is cleaned regularly by the maintenance team, usually in the mornings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
TV & Entertainment
Living Room TV
The main Panasonic Smart TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Netflix and Prime Video are available through Trithea Villa profiles. The TV also receives Greek channels through DIGEA and international channels through Astra satellite.
Outdoor TV
A second TV is located in the BBQ area. Guests can connect a mobile device to watch content on the larger screen or play music. A mobile device is required for use.
Safe Deposit Box
A digital safe is available inside the main wardrobe of the first-floor sea-view bedroom for storing passports, valuables and other personal items. Instructions and the emergency key are provided with the safe.
Children’s Items
A white wooden high chair and a portable crib are available for guest use. Both are stored in the ground-floor storage room.
Laundry & Ironing
Washing Machine
The washing machine provides several preset and manual programs. Please avoid overloading the machine.
Ironing
A small ironing board and iron are in the sea-view bedroom wardrobe. A full-size ironing board and steam iron are in the ground-floor storage room.
Bathrooms & Toilet Use
Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom has a compact shower area, smaller than the downstairs shower.
Downstairs Bathroom
The downstairs bathroom has a larger walk-in shower. Some water may reach the floor during use, so please use the floor mat provided.
Outdoor Pool Shower
The outdoor shower is ideal after swimming or returning from the beach. It is solar heated.

Cleaning & Waste Disposal
Cleaning Supplies
A broom, dustpan, mop, bucket, hand broom, Bosch vacuum cleaner and liquid cleaning products are available in the ground-floor storage room.
Waste Disposal
Waste bins are provided around the villa. Please take full rubbish bags to the green communal public waste container opposite the parking area.
Kitchen & Coffee
Cooking
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an AEG oven and stovetop, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, glassware and tableware.
Coffee & Drinks
Guests can choose between a filter coffee maker, espresso machine and Bosch Tassimo capsule coffee machine. A second refrigerator is available in the BBQ area.
BBQ & Outdoor Dining
The BBQ area under the garage is equipped with a BeefEater Discovery 1000 Mobile LPG BBQ. A complete BBQ utensil set is available, including a spatula, tongs, fork, skewers, thermometer, grill mat and cleaning accessories.
Guest Equipment & Extras
A selection of beach, fitness and wellness equipment is available for guests, including items for light workouts, stretching, Pilates and outdoor activities.
Electrical Panel & Hot Water
The electrical panel is located in the dining area, to the right of the storage-room door. It is hidden behind the drywall. To open it, gently push the right side inward and then pull the wooden edge.

One fire blanket is available in the ground-floor storage room, on the right-hand shelving unit.

Two first-aid kits are available in the ground-floor storage room.
