“The host's communication and the services offered for a complete villa.”

“We (family + 2 teenagers) spent 1 week of our summer vacation in Villa Trithea. The communication was great, the accommodation fully met our expectations, and the view of the sea is beautiful! We loved it and would come back at any time.”

“We couldn't have wished for a better stay in Kefalonia! Trithea Villa is located in a cozy little town with the best bakery, friendly local Greeks, and a completely wonderful view of the bay at all times of the day. There's a fantastic beach just 7 minutes from the house, and you'll have it almost all to yourself. There was everything we needed in the house, even clean towels and bed linens halfway through the week.

We went on a trip every day, and we could easily have stayed another week… 💙🇬🇷🐢☀️ And a huge thank you to Theo for his help, lovely welcome, and great advice and recommendations. Highly recommend Theo and Trithea Villa from our family.”

“Our family had such a wonderful stay at Trithea Villa! The house was incredible. The outdoor space is even better than in the photos — simply breathtaking views of the coast. We enjoyed the pool and dined outdoors during our stay, which was a great way to wind down after a day at the beach or touring the island.

The interior is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a very well appointed kitchen. The host's guidebook made everything easy to find and use. The house was perfectly located for a family with kids, close to the sandy, calmer beaches on the south side of the island; that said, Argostoli, Assos, Melissani, and other attractions are also accessible, and we enjoyed exploring different parts of the island during our visit.

Theo was a wonderful host — very thoughtful and accommodating. We took many of his suggestions about local beaches. Hope we'll get to visit again!”

“Incredible villa! Don’t think the photos do it justice, the views are unreal and the villa itself is immaculate. Very Greek design which adds to its charm but also modern at the same time. The villa felt brand new as it was so clean in all areas, very spacious inside with three good sized bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living room.

The outdoor space was our favourite part though as there were so many areas you could relax whether it be in the sun or the shade. The outdoor BBQ and dining area was also appreciated with two young children as it was shaded and a lovely space to relax. The pool was a great size for us and perfect for cooling off.

Small touches like coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival were appreciated. Theo was an amazing host and his communication before and during our stay was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend this villa to everyone!”

“Theo or Fanis 😀 was super amazing and helpful with his recommendations and flexibility. The place is super clean, you will have all what you need in the place, pool is being cleaned each 2 days, outside BBQ, a mini bar, TV inside and outside, AC in all the rooms and a kitchen fully equipped.

Also he helped us to find a good mechanic when we had an issue with the car, it was fixed on the same day in less than one hour because he called him. The mechanic even refused to take money for his work, our vacation was saved and that is the best experience that I ever had in my travels. Thanks also for the bottle of wine and everything.”

“It is a beautiful villa in a stunning location. There are several restaurants and a bakery nearby, which is very convenient. The villa was clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the different seating areas outside, where you can always choose between sitting in the sun or in the shade.

The private parking space is also very convenient. The pool is not very large, but it is perfect for cooling off on hot days and is cleaned regularly.

Theo is a wonderful host: welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond to messages. He truly made sure we felt comfortable and could fully enjoy our stay. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this villa to everyone!”
