Exterior and Grounds
Simple comforts and sweeping views—this is outdoor living at Trithea Villa.

Entrance & Parking
Guests can access Trithea Villa from two different sides, each offering a unique welcome experience.
On the left side, you'll find the main parking area, which comfortably accommodates two cars — a convenient option for families or groups traveling with more than one vehicle.
On the right side, there's a charming traditional Greek “Portoni” entrance. A Portoni is a classic Greek-style gate, often made of iron or wood, evoking the warm and authentic feel of old island homes. This entrance adds a special touch of local character and charm as you step into the villa.

Open-Air Kitchen & Dining Area
Just below the parking area, you’ll find our comfy open-air kitchen and dining space — the perfect spot for enjoying laid-back meals and summer vibes. It’s fully shaded, so it stays cool even on hot days, and it connects directly to the garden, the house, and the swimming pool, so you’re always just steps away from everything.
There’s a dining table with 4 chairs, along with a cozy bench that seats two — ideal for relaxed meals or a quiet morning coffee. You’ll also find a kitchen bench for prepping salads or snacks, a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold, and cupboards to store food or other essentials.
To keep the air fresh and breezy, the space is also equipped with two fans, so you can stay comfortable while you cook, eat, or just chill out.

Garden
The villa’s garden is still growing and taking shape, as we’ve recently planted a variety of beautiful plants that will soon bring even more life and color to the space. Among them are two orange trees, cycas, vibrant bougainvilleas, strelitzias (also known as "bird of paradise"), and fragrant honeysuckle. While they’re still in their early stages, these young plants are already adding a fresh green touch and promise a lush, vibrant atmosphere as they flourish.
One feature we were especially careful to preserve is the loquat tree near the BBQ area and pool. Its presence adds a sense of maturity and natural charm to the garden — and when in season, its golden fruit is a lovely bonus.
Along the stone wall facing the road — which we call the Lithiá (a traditional dry stone wall made with local stone, often seen in Greek island architecture) — we’ve planted ivy that’s slowly beginning to spread. Over time, it will create a natural, green façade that blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape, adding both texture and character.

Ground Floor Balcony
Start your day with coffee overlooking the sparkling waters of Lourdas Bay and the rooftops of Vlachata village. The ground floor balcony at Trithea Villa offers a peaceful, private space to unwind, enjoy family meals, and take in breathtaking sea and sunset views—all from the comfort of your home away from home.

First Floor Balconies
Perched above the landscape, this is the first of two balconies on the first floor and belongs to the twin bedroom. It offers uninterrupted views across Lourdas Bay and the shimmering Ionian Sea. Ideal for quiet mornings or peaceful evenings, this elevated space is perfect for sipping a drink, watching the sunset, and soaking in the beauty of the coastline and surrounding hills.
