How Direct Booking Works
Your booking request is handled personally by your host, giving you a simple, transparent and secure booking experience.
1. Select Your Dates
Choose your preferred arrival and departure dates and enter the number of guests.
2. Send Your Booking Request
Submit your booking request with your details. Your request will be reviewed personally by your host.
3. Pay Your 30% Deposit
Once your dates have been checked, you will receive access to your invoice and Guest Page. The 30% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours through Stripe.
4. Booking Confirmed
Once the required 30% deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed by your host.
Payment Terms
Our direct booking payment structure is simple and transparent.
30% Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure your reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Payment is made securely through Stripe.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the payment request.
Remaining 70%
The remaining 70% of the total booking amount is due
30 days before your arrival date. From the due date, the remaining 70% also becomes non-refundable.
Payment can be completed securely through the payment options provided with your booking.
Cancellation Policy
The 30% deposit required to secure a direct booking is non-refundable.
The 30% deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the payment request. If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled and the dates released for resale.
The remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival. From the due date, the remaining 70% also becomes non-refundable. If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and the dates released for resale.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
The cancellation terms applicable to your reservation are those displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation.
Secure Online Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are handled by the secure payment provider and are not stored directly by Trithea Villa.
